Privacy policy

Our goal is to protect users' personal data. When visiting the application and using its services, you are obligated to familiarize yourself with our privacy policy.

Since changes and additions may be made to our privacy terms, we ask you to periodically review this document. A user who voluntarily provides personal information to LLC "Remondo Global" automatically grants authority to LLC "Remondo Global" to use the user's personal data for the purpose of its subsequent storage and processing.

This privacy policy defines the procedure, purposes, as well as conditions of use and storage for processing personal data of LLC "Remondo Global" customers, based on the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection" and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This document constitutes an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of LLC "Remondo Global" application, which is a bilateral binding document.

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms have/mean the following meaning:

- LLC “Remondo Global” - hereinafter “Remondo”, “We”, “Application”. LLC “Remondo Global” established in accordance with Georgian legislation, identification code 404794870.

- User - a legal entity or an adult (competent) natural person who wishes to use our application.

- Service - the service offered in the application.

- Account - a unique account that you create to access our service or parts of our service.

- Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

- Project - a project requested/received through the application.

- Service provider/contractor - a user who provides services according to their profession and competence.

- Service recipient/client - a user who receives the service provider/contractor's services.

- Parties - the service provider/contractor and the service recipient/client.

- Direct marketing - the direct and immediate delivery of information to the data subject by telephone, mail, electronic mail, or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing, and/or supporting interest in a natural person and/or legal entity, goods, idea, services, work and/or initiative, as well as image and social topics.

- Registration - creation of a personal account.

- Account - the user's personal page registered on Remondo.

Use of the application is automatically considered as the user's expression of consent to the privacy policy, its rules and conditions. Therefore, the user, when using the application's service, grants Remondo the authority to process, store and use the personal information provided by them.

This information will be used by Remondo, in accordance with applicable legislation, for the purposes of providing services and improving them. Otherwise, Remondo is deprived of the opportunity to provide any kind of service to the user and enter into a contractual relationship.

- Improving the quality of Remondo services.

- Effective communication with the user.

- Eliminating complaints raised by the user and any existing discomfort for them.

- Monitoring user activities detected in the application.

- Notifying users about news available in the application.

- Establishing feedback with the user.

- Identifying groups of users to whom news should be offered.

- For direct marketing purposes.

- Prevention of improper use of the application.

- Prevention of crimes provided for by the Georgian Criminal Code.

- Provision to competent state authorities.

- Protection of the legitimate interests of users and third parties.

- Other legitimate purposes granted to Remondo by the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection.

The legal bases for processing user personal data by Remondo and the relevant authorized person are.

- Data processing is necessary for the performance of an obligation imposed by a contract concluded with the data subject and/or for concluding a contract at the request of the data subject.

- Data processing is necessary for the purposes of the application service.

- Based on user consent.

- For the performance of duties imposed by contractual relationship.

- Data processing is necessary to provide services to the user and improve services.

The user has the right to request the following types of information from Remondo regarding data processing.

- Purpose of data processing.

- Which data about the user is processed by us and how it was collected/obtained.

- Legal basis for data processing.

- About the storage period of data or the criteria for determining it.

The user has the right to receive the above information no later than 30 calendar days from their request. This period may be extended by no more than 10 calendar days in special cases and with proper justification, about which the user will be notified immediately. Due to the specifics of our application service, informing the user is carried out in electronic form.

Within 10 working days from the submission of the user's request, Remondo is obligated to correct/complete/update the incorrect/inaccurate/incomplete data about the user or notify the user of the grounds for refusing the request and explain the procedure for appealing this decision. The user has the right to request Remondo to stop, delete or destroy data processing (including profiling). Within 10 working days from the submission of the user's request, Remondo is obligated to stop/delete or destroy the existing data about the user or notify the user of the grounds for refusing the request and explain the procedure for appealing this decision. In case of the user's request to stop, delete or destroy data processing and satisfaction of this request, they will no longer be able to use the application service until re-registration, which itself implies re-expression of consent to data processing.

Therefore, the user has the right at any time to renounce the consent given to Remondo and request the cessation of data processing and/or deletion/destruction of processed data, to Remondo support team via email. In such a case, Remondo, in turn, within 10 working days will cancel the user's personal account and stop data processing and/or destroy processed data, if there is no other basis for data processing. The user is entitled to apply to the Personal Data Protection Service or the court in case of violation of rights provided for by the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection".

The user is obligated to provide Remondo with complete and accurate information about themselves for the purpose of receiving services subsequently. This obligation also applies to changes in information provided by the user.

Remondo is deprived of the opportunity to verify the truthfulness of information provided by the user, including the user's age. If it becomes known that the account holder in the application is not an adult, Remondo reserves the right not to consider the information provided by the minor and cancel the said account. If you become aware that a person registered on Remondo is not an adult and does not have the consent of a legal representative regarding the use of the application, please notify us immediately.

The purpose of transferring your personal data to other persons is effective cooperation between the parties.

The service recipient's personal data is transferred only to the service provider selected by them. In this case, the data to be transferred are: the service recipient's name, surname, phone number, email and order address.

The service provider's data is transferred to the service recipient on whose project they will work. In this case, the data to be transferred are: the service provider's name, surname, phone number and email.

Depending on location, the service recipient's personal data may be transferred to Remondo partners, who process the data in accordance with the conditions defined by this policy.

Sharing user personal data may become necessary in cases provided for by applicable Georgian legislation, for the purpose of establishing, investigating or preventing crime.

Based on user interests, for the purpose of providing advertising materials through direct marketing, improving the quality of services, products, services and services of interest to the user, Remondo, with user consent, may use the user's personal information, specifically, name and email address/phone number.

Remondo is authorized to share user personal data with any third party in cases provided for by applicable Georgian legislation.

For direct marketing purposes, the user automatically gives consent by agreeing to this privacy policy and the application's terms and conditions.

The user has the opportunity at any time to withdraw the consent given to Remondo regarding direct marketing. In turn, Remondo will cease direct marketing to the user within a reasonable period from receiving the withdrawal request, but no later than ten working days.

Withdrawal of consent given by the user regarding direct marketing is done by submitting a written request to Remondo's email.

The user's request to stop direct marketing does not obligate Remondo to stop providing information about updates and changes.

Remondo receives personal information in the following ways.

- User registration in the application.

- Communication via telephone or email.

- User's use of the application.

When registering in the application, the user indicates the following information.

- First name, last name

- Email

- Phone number

- Personal number

- Date of birth

- Password to enter the system.

Remondo stores and processes confidential information about the user for the period necessary to achieve the purpose provided for by legislation, this privacy policy and the specifics of the application service.

The user's personal account is accessible only through the username (phone number, email) and password chosen by them. Please do not disclose this information to third parties, otherwise Remondo disclaims all responsibility.

Remondo does not accept responsibility and does not provide guarantees regarding the actions of third parties who carry out illegal intrusion into Remondo servers.

Remondo disclaims all responsibility in relation to other companies, applications or websites that may be placed as external links in the Remondo application. The privacy policy of another website may differ from this policy. Accordingly, Remondo asks you to familiarize yourself with the terms of use and privacy policy of the website indicated as an external link.

It is recommended that application users periodically review this document, as changes and additions may be made to it.
