Terms and conditions

- LLC “Remondo Global” - hereinafter “Remondo”, “We”, “Application”. LLC “Remondo Global” established in accordance with Georgian legislation, identification code 404794870.

- User - a legal entity or an adult (competent) natural person who wishes to use our application.

- User Consent - the user's expressed will after reviewing this document and regarding the processing of their personal data.

- Service provider/contractor - a user (natural person, brigade, company) who provides services according to their profession and competence.

- Service recipient/client - a user who receives the service provider/contractor's services.

- Company - a company officially registered with the appropriate legal form, which carries out activities related to the service offered by the application.

- Team of specialists - a team composed of persons with various specializations, which carries out activities related to the service offered by the application.

- Parties - the service provider/contractor and the service recipient/client.

- Third party - any natural or legal person, public institution.

- Quick order - an order that can be fulfilled instantly.

- Long-term order - an order that may require more than two visits to complete.

*Please note that the order type indicated in the project may be a matter of subjective assessment and is variable.

- Direct marketing - the direct and immediate delivery of information to the data subject by telephone, mail, electronic mail, or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing, and/or supporting interest in a natural person and/or legal entity, goods, idea, services, work and/or initiative, as well as image and social topics.

- Registration - creation of a personal account.

- Account - the user\'s personal page registered on Remondo.

- Current project - a project received through the application, which is not completed and is visible on the "Current Projects" page.

- Completed project - a project received through the application, which has been completed and is visible on the "Completed Projects" page.

This document represents the terms and conditions for using the "Remondo" application. This is a mutually binding agreement, which, if agreed by you, is formed between you and LLC "Remondo Global" (ID: 404794870).

The terms and conditions for using Remondo's website and application, together with the changes made therein and our other regulations, constitute a unified document and should be considered as a single agreement concluded with the user.

Our privacy policy also regulates your use of Remondo's service and explains how we collect, protect, and disclose information obtained as a result of you creating and using an account with us or performing other actions. This agreement includes these terms and our privacy policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and conditions and agree to comply with them.

When creating an account in our application, the account holder person agrees to and acknowledges the present rules and conditions.

All users who wish to use the application are obligated to agree to and comply with the rules and conditions listed below.

The Company is authorized, by unilateral decision, to refuse any person's registration and is not obligated to explain the reasons for refusal.

If you do not agree (or cannot fulfill) the agreements, then you do not have the right to use the application, but please notify us by email at info@remondo.ge so we can improve the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the service.

To receive the full service offered by Remondo, it is necessary to create an account (registration as a service provider/registration as a service recipient), for which it is necessary to fill out the registration form by specifying the following data:

- First name, last name.

- Email.

- Phone number.

- Personal number/identification number.

- Date of birth (of natural person, representative of team of specialists/company);

- Password to enter the system.

- Verification code for registration via phone number.

- After filling in personal data, the service provider selects the professions and services they can provide to the client, indicates the location of service provision, experience, price range for services, as well as additional information about themselves, and can upload a profile photo and create a portfolio of works. The specified data can be changed at any time.

- The user confirms and guarantees that.

- They are an adult, competent person who has reached 18 years of age.

- The information specified by them is complete and correct. They will not use another person's identifying data for the purpose of registering in Remondo's application

- Will not violate another person's rights through illegal and harmful actions.

- Will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing, and publication of information existing in the application: logo, pictogram, image, graphics, representation, patent, trademarks, design, and any other type of intellectual property, without Remondo's prior written consent.

- Will not use another user's account and will not attempt to gain access to another user's authorization information.

- Will not use the application for the purpose of spreading false information, as well as for impersonating another company, company employee, or any other person.

- Will not use a device/program whose purpose is to obtain information from the application and/or interfere with normal functioning, and will not perform any action that in any way endangers the proper functioning of the application.

- Will not perform actions prohibited by applicable legislation, this agreement, and the application's privacy protection policy.

3.1. After the user creates an account, communication between the contractor and the client is carried out as follows.

3.1.1. The client by clicking the "Add Project" button.

- Indicates the desired price range (or marks the box "Price by agreement")

- Selects the date of work completion (or marks the box "Time by agreement".

- Uploads photo-video material.

3.1.2. The new project, according to the selected profession/service and location, is automatically sent to the contractor and appears on their "Offers" page. In the client's case, the project is visible on the "Responses" page.

3.1.3. Regarding the project that appears on their page, the service provider can make a decision by clicking three types of buttons.

- "Agree" (in this case, information about the agreement will be sent to the client along with other contractors' agreements)

- "Reject" (the project will disappear from their offers page)

- "Change Terms" (the contractor has the opportunity to change the work description and service value. After the change, the project appears to the client with changed terms on the "Responses" page).

3.1.4. On the "Responses" page, the client sees projects agreed upon by service providers and also projects sent with changed terms. After making their choice, the selected contractor will see the project on the "Others' Projects" page.

3.1.5. By entering the project page, the contractor can obtain information about the client and their contact, as well as update information about the work performed.

3.2. The timing, frequency, and amount of payment fully depend on the agreement between the service provider and the service recipient, and Remondo does not accept any kind of responsibility in connection with this.

4.1. From the "Workspace" page in the application, the contractor can at any time edit the existing information about them (profession, service, location, experience, price range, brief information about them, their works).

4.2. By turning on/off the "Active Status" button in the contractor's workspace, the contractor has the opportunity to manage their offers, specifically, if this button is turned off, they will no longer receive offers related to new projects. After they reactivate this button (marked in green), all those new projects that were added during their inactive status and for which the client has not yet selected a contractor will appear in their offers.

4.3. A project is considered completed after the client marks it as completed. If the client does not mark the updated status of the project in the application after the project is actually completed, the contractor can send a request regarding this. In case of no response from the client within three days, the project will automatically move to completed projects.

Immediately after the contractor completes the project, the client receives a rating page in the form of a notification, where they rate the quality of the service provided, completion time, and other important factors for them using the so-called "5-star" principle, where the number of stars has the following meaning.

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Very good

- ★ ★ ★ ★ - Good

- ★ ★ ★ - Average

- ★ ★ - Bad

- ★ - Very bad

Along with this rating, the client has the opportunity to make a rating in the form of a comment, which will be reflected on the contractor's page and which the contractor will not have the ability to delete.

6.1. By expressing your consent to these conditions, you also give Remondo the right to use the information specified by you only for the purposes of the application's service and share the following types of information with service recipient persons: your first name, last name, phone number, email, professions and services indicated by you.

6.2. The client, in turn, is obligated to act in good faith, pay for the services provided at the time agreed by the parties and in the agreed amount.

6.3. The contractor, in turn, is obligated to perform the work assigned to them in good faith, under agreed conditions and with agreed quality work materials within the time agreed by the parties.

6.4. The contractor and the client have the right to terminate the current project at any time only on the basis of mutual agreement.

6.5. Users' use of the application's service is possible only for legitimate purposes and you express your consent not to use the service.

6.5.1. In any manner that violates applicable national or international law or regulation.

6.5.2. In a manner that would lead to exploitation of minors.

6.5.3. In the name of a company, company employee, another user, or any other person, by impersonating the subject's image or attempting impersonation.

6.5.4. In any way that violates others' rights, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

6.5.5. In a manner that could disable, overload, damage, or impair the application or interfere with another party's use of the application, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the service.

6.6. The service provider does not have the right to share another person's phone number with the service recipient and personally refuse to perform the work, this action will be perceived as an attempt to bypass the application's page (e.g., placing contact information in any form on a personal profile, providing the client with another contractor's contact information instead of their own, etc.) in which case the service provider's page will be deactivated.

7. Remondo reserves the right, in case of suspicion of any of the above violations, to deactivate the user's account or transfer it to a temporarily inactive status at any time.
